 Here is our calendar that shows the run down of all our classes for the month of August.

 

In order to attend any of the Yoga classes you must register online a minimum of 12 hours before class or give us a call the day before at 218-589-7435.

If no one has registered class will be canceled.

Newbie Yoga

Is Newbie yoga right for you? 

  • Are you interested in finding out what yoga is all about
  • Don't feel comfortable joining in on a class?
  • Want to learn not only the poses, but why you are doing them? 
  • Are you stiff, tired and want to make a change?
  • Did you say yes to any of the above? Then newbie yoga  is right for you!
  • Because when you understand the why it makes the how so much easier

Tuesday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 AM and Tuedays evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 PM starting 6/18 and going until 7/23.

The price for Newbie Yoga is normally $72 but we are offering an introductory price of $66

Morning Stretch

We welcome you to start your day with a good stretch and slow flow practice.  The class focuses on the breath, warming up the body and then moving through a gentle, slow flow.  Our goals are to help your body be ready and energized for the day – through breath, stretch and movement. 

Join us on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM starting on 6/11 and going through the summer.

Breath, Balance and Body Weight

This half hour class hits three major areas in a short half hour practice.  Typically our fast paced days have us moving quickly and breathing shallow.  The first segment will focus on slowing down the breath and breathing deeply.  Second, as we age we tend to lose balance and strength – and this applies to anyone over the age of 25!  We will then move through a series of poses that build balance and the last segment will be a few exercises that build strength using our own body weight.  You are invited to slow down, center and build strength in this dynamic half hour practice.

Join us on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM starting 6/18 and going until 7/23.

Chair Yoga

Want to practice yoga, but have physical limitations or unable to move comfortably from the floor to standing.  Join us as we learn breath, stretch and movement all from a seated position.  Balance poses are also practiced with the aid of the chair.  We are excited for you to learn how to bring greater mobility, stretch and breath work to the body through this seated practice. 

Join us on Tuesday mornings from 11:00 am to Noon starting 6/18 and going until 7/23.

Holy Yoga

This is an all levels Christ Centered Hatha Yoga Practice.  Hatha Yoga focuses on the breath, alignment, holding the poses and moving through a slow flow practice.  Through this process you will be challenged, stretched and grounded through the breath, the Word and movement.  We were created body, mind and spirit – so together we move, worship, stretch, pray and rest. 

Join us  on Thursday mornings from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM to Noon, and Thursday evenings from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM starting on 6/18 and going until 7/23. Can't wait to see you!

What to expect in our Yoga class

  • Together we will start at the beginning with the breath
  • We move onto poses and how to be still and rest
  • You will be instructed how to adapt poes to your personal body needs
  • Each participant will recieve individual direction and guidance based on their needs and body type.

What should you bring to a Yoga Class? 

  • Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move in any direction
  • Please bring a yoga mat and small blanket. If you do not have a yoga mat we sell them in the boutique
  • Water bottle!

Our prices

Yoga class Prices

  • $66 - for 6 sessions of Newbie Yoga  or Chair Yoga (normally $72)
  • $80 - for one private session
  • $110 - to come to any 10 yoga sessions

Add on prices

  • $6.00 - to join breath, balance and body work or half of one of the 10 yoga sessions
  • $15 - drop into any yoga class

 

Adell's Place is check or cash only.  There will be a $30 charge for insufficient funds.
